HOW I WORK 

I work with men and women, individually as well as couples and small groups.  My passion is helping people discover how to grow.

I offer; Counselling, Psychotherapy, Life & Business Coaching and Mentoring.

My focus is on Counselling and Therapy for Couples & Individuals seeking to  resolve Relationship Complications, Cope with Bereavement, Strengthen Self-Confidence, Improve Assertiveness at Work & in their Personal Life, Unpacking Mind Clutter, Relationship Healing, Social Isolation, Neuropsychology, Right Brain Training and Ease the Anxiety of the process of 'Growth & Change' which challenges our assumptions of who we are and who we are yet to become.

I have a Masters Degree in Counselling & Applied Psychotherapy, Graduate Diploma Counselling & Psychotherapy, Diploma in Health Counselling and am Certified in; Coaching, Mentoring and Mediation. I have extensive senior management experience at Company Director and General Manager levels,

My Practice is located in Morisset in an office setting where there is plenty of parking.

Business Coaching is normally carried out in a workplace setting and follows a structured program. 

Mentoring is generally less formal and may also be carried out in a workplace setting, or at place convenient to you.

Life Coaching sessions can occur anywhere that makes sense for client and coach.  Initial sessions may be face-to-face and last from 30 minutes to half a day.  Subsequent sessions can be conducted via phone or e-mail.   

Because Therapy covers a range of issues which can be of a personal and private matter, it is usually performed in my practice for a more intimate and personalised service.
